good things about it:
1. the registration was relatively fast unless you register on friday. they will pending your application till monday.
2. it allows you to have a mobile wireless internet access.
3. probably cheaper if you have a time-based account instead of volume-based account like i do. if you browse and download a lot, you certainly need a time-base account. if you don't use it much and only for retrieving data or e-mail, a volume-based account maybe the right option. i myself plan to switch to time-based account as long as the connection proves itself to be excellent.
bad things about it:
1. if you have volume-based access, you'll find yourself get frequently disconnected.
2. the costumer service officers are very limited. you have to call again and again just to file your complaints.
3. that's all i know so far...
